Roasted Brussels Sprouts: Quick & Easy Popular Holiday Side Dish

Oven roasted Brussels sprouts are quick and easy to prepare, making them the perfect side dish for your holiday meal. This is one dish where simple is better! All you do is roast brussels sprouts in the oven with a little olive oil for 20 minutes and these delicious vegetables are ready to serve.

Brussels sprouts are a cruciferous vegetable in the same family as broccoli, kale and cauliflower and are packed with nutrition. These veggies are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients that fight cancer, reduce inflammation, and create a strong immune system, as stated in this article. Roasted Brussels sprouts are so good, they may become your new healthy addiction.

sea salt to taste

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
