How to Make Elderberry Syrup: Immune Support & Virus Protection

Taking elderberry syrup is an effective remedy to protect yourself from viruses. If you do get sick, it will help to shorten the duration of your illness.

Elderberries, according to Anthony William,  have powerful bioflavonoids and special proteins that kill viruses on contact. They have the ability to boost the immune system by increasing the production of cytokines. Elderberries are especially helpful for bronchial and respiratory problems helping the body loosen and expel congestion in the lungs.

Take 1 Tbsp of elderberry syrup each day for health maintenance. If you start to feel sick increase to 1 Tbsp 3 times a day.

Elderberry syrup is a powerful herbal remedy that’s easy to make. I always have dried elderberries on hand. I enjoy wildcrafting my own elderberries from Central and Eastern Washington. I also purchase dried organic elderberries on Amazon.
