Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen organic green beans1 tbsp. coconut oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon zest
Directions
- Cook green beans according to package directions. Drain beans and set aside.
2. Sauté garlic in coconut oil for about 1 minute.
3. Add the cooked beans and lemon zest to the garlic. Toss well to coat. Cover skillet and allow beans to warm. Serve!
